RE: Mask requirements REVISED II
It’s that time of year again, and everyone is starting to get sick and pass around more germs than normal due to the cold weather and being inside more.
While I think we all can appreciate folks being good team players and coming into work when they aren’t feeling well, the results of doing so can lead to greater problems down the road if we are infecting others.
While we’re not going to play doctor and diagnose the severity of your illness, I am going to ask everyone to please mask-up in common areas when you are not feeling well. Following is my request to you when you are not feeling 100%…
OFFICE: Mask up in common areas. You may remove your mask inside your private office.
WAREHOUSE: When working around others please mask-up. If working on your own, you may remove your mask.
FIELD: Respect your teammates of the day and at least wear a mask while traveling in the truck with others. Depending on your job that day please use common sense in an effort to keep your fellow team members and their families healthy.
If you need a mask Diane has plenty in her office, and I recommend those of you that manage and/or work closely with others to have a supply at your disposal to hand out. Let’s try to get through this season with minimal downtime for all.
THANK YOU.
