Great Team
You guys were understaffed that day and sent a guy from sales, Nate, to assist Keith in the move. Nate has a history of shoulder problems and his strength is compromised. As such, Keith had to assume a greater load of the work and rose to the occasion. Also, despite pain, Nate fought through it and was indispensable in the move. I neglected to include the washer dryer in my list, but they moved it anyway. We forgot to pack the grill on the inventory, but that was really the only omission. Great team.
