RE: Mask requirements REVISED
Due to the easy accessibility of the vaccine for COVID-19, we have decided to relax our mask requirements while inside our building. Following are our new guidelines…
Masks are optional, as well as having your temperature taken. You will be required to show proof of vaccination to Diane.
Masks are required while in common areas and in others offices. It will also be necessary to have your temperature taken upon entrance to our building. You do not need to wear a mask when inside your own office or workspace.
With regards to any visitors, there will be signage indicating our new policy. We will not be asking for proof of vaccination from visitors, and will expect compliance based on the honor system. If any visitors require a mask, we can provide them with one.
Requirements regarding the use of masks by our field staff has not changed. Move Teams must wear masks unless the customer relaxes that requirement, however delivery teams are required to wear masks when entering customer homes at all times.
Although taking the vaccine is a personal choice, I highly recommend doing so, as it is my position that this will get our country and our lives back to normal much more quickly.
